With my personal training I offer you an exclusive service and an optimal basis to achieve your goals. Personal training can be perfectly integrated between private life, meetings and business lunches, so you don't have to neglect anything. You benefit from a professional and individual training.

In addition to the actual training, you will also receive holistic care, motivation, knowledge and nutritional methods, so that you feel completely well. Personal training is possible both in the gym and at your home or outdoors. 

What is the procedure?

1. entrance check

Together we will fill out a medical history questionnaire, do a functional test, define your goals and determine how you can most efficiently achieve them. We will also perform a posture analysis. Thus we create an optimal basis for ourselves.

2. personal training & nutrition

Training, nutrition and recovery are perfectly matched to your needs - you receive holistic care. During your personal training I am 100 % at your disposal and motivate you. Through constant support, you will achieve your goals and stay on the ball despite the stress of everyday life and business.

3. regular feedback meetings

Through regular feedback sessions, we record your successes, define new goals if necessary and provide further motivation. Thus, we can continuously create an optimal training and nutrition concept for your current situation.

4. long-term goal

We make sure that we maintain our personal training for the long term, so that we can stay fit, agile, healthy and free of complaints.
